Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate new business through direct customer acquisition.
• Promote and sell life insurance products to potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
• Provide financial product guidance and suggest suitable insurance plans.
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance as per company policies.
• Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups to close sales.
• Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.

• Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate
• Age Limit: Up to 38 years
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Agency Channel / Direct Sales / Insurance Sales

• Preferred Candidate

• Experience in Life Insurance Sales / Agency / Direct Channel
• Strong local market network will be an added advantage.
