Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for non-technical roles across various industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Healthcare, and more. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for Non-IT roles (junior to senior level positions)
- Understand client/job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial interviews of candidates
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Manage salary negotiations and offer closures
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Ensure timely delivery against hiring targets and deadlines
- Maintain and update candidate database and ATS
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment (agency or corporate hiring)
- Strong understanding of different industry roles (BFSI, Sales, HR, Operations, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
