- Shift Supervisor Company Global Packaging Location Halol Gujarat Salary 22 000 per month Experience Minimum 3 years in Production Supervising Position Overview The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities during the assigned shift The role ensures smooth operations manpower management quality output and adherence to safety standards in the production unit Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production operations and ensure shift targets are achieved Manage and allocate manpower effectively across workstations Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs Ensure adherence to quality standards and production SOPs Maintain shift production reports and documentation Implement safety protocols and ensure a clean hazard-free work environment Conduct shift-wise handover meetings for smooth production continuity Train and guide production staff for improved efficiency Handle shift-related issues and escalate concerns to the Production Manager when needed Required Skills Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervising manufacturing packaging industry preferred Call 9999601571 Job Type Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience Production management 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
