Role Overview:

As a Senior SAP TM Consultant, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Transportation Management solutions for our clients. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their transportation needs, translating those needs into functional specifications, and configuring the SAP TM system to meet those requirements. You will work closely with project managers, other SAP consultants (including those specializing in SAP EWM and SAP LE), and client IT teams to ensure seamless integration and successful project delivery. Your expertise will directly impact our clients' ability to streamline their transportation processes, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and configuration of SAP TM solutions to meet specific business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

- Conduct workshops with clients to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose optimal SAP TM solutions.

- Develop functional specifications, technical design documents, and test scripts to ensure accurate and efficient system implementation.

- Configure and customize SAP TM modules, including transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement, to optimize transportation processes.

- Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules such as SAP EWM, SAP LE, and SAP S/4HANA to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.

- Provide expert guidance and support to clients during system implementation, testing, and go-live phases to ensure a smooth transition.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP TM issues to minimize disruption to business operations and maintain system stability.

- Mentor and guide junior SAP TM consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design, configure, and implement SAP TM solutions, showcasing a deep understanding of transportation management processes.

- Proven expertise in integrating SAP TM with other SAP modules, including SAP EWM, SAP LE, and SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex SAP TM issues effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Information Technology.

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in SAP TM consulting, with a proven track record of successful project implementations.

- Adaptable to work in a hybrid work environment based in Bangalore.
