Job Description

Position Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and collaborative Software Engineer to join our core development team. In this role, you will be a key Individual Contributor responsible for building high-quality, engaging features that delight our users. You aren't just a coder; you are a problem-solver who enjoys working in the "thick of it" alongside designers, product managers, and other engineers to turn complex ideas into seamless game experiences.

If you have a passion for clean code, a collaborative spirit, and a desire to see your work impact millions of users in real-time, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements

What you will do

  • Take ownership of feature development from initial concept to final deployment, ensuring high performance and a polished user experience.

  • Partner daily with Game Designers, Artists, and Product Managers to define requirements and ensure technical feasibility.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while participating in peer code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and bugs, implementing robust solutions to ensure a smooth and crash-free experience for our players.

  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to help the team iterate faster and more effectively.

  • Mentor and train junior engineers, shaping their career progression and growth.

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of professional experience in mobile application / game development.

  • Strong command on Flutter (Dart), and experience building rich applications or games with it.

  • Good understanding of the mobile ecosystem, including hands-on experience working with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) layers.

  • Proven experience with modern programming languages and a deep understanding of CS Concepts, Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOPS.

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and know-hows to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.

  • A track record of working effectively in agile, multi-disciplinary teams.

  • B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or equivalent.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in the gaming industry, specifically working on casual or puzzle titles.

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks

  • Familiarity of live operations, and A/B experiments.
