Job description
Job Opening – Senior Operations
Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-timeWorking Mode: 6 Days in a Week

  • Strong understanding of backend and operational processes
  • Excellent command over Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills
  • High attention to detail with discipline and punctuality
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities
  • Perform regular operational checks and ensure process compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth task execution
  • Track, analyze, and report operational data
  • Support documentation, MIS reporting, and process improvements
  • Identify gaps and suggest operational efficiencies
Eligibility & Preferences:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA, or equivalent)
  • 3–4 years of experience in operations, preferably in fintech or BFSI
  • Strong Excel and data-handling skills
  • Comfortable working in a full-time, in-office role
