Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative Video Editor with a proven track record in producing compelling promotional videos, advanced motion graphics, and a deep understanding of color combinations and design principles. The ideal candidate will bring a visionary approach to storytelling, ensuring that every video aligns with the brand's aesthetic and effectively captures audience attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, client projects, and social media.
• Create advanced motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.
• Develop storyboards and collaborate with the creative team to align videos with client objectives.
• Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and have a cohesive visual and narrative style.
• Use advanced color grading techniques to enhance video quality and maintain brand consistency.
• Operate and maintain video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound gear, ensuring optimal shoot quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends, video editing software, and storytelling techniques.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and other team members for seamless production.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos that are optimized for various platforms, including Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in videography and video editing, with a strong portfolio of promotional and branded content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
• Expertise in creating motion graphics and animations.
• Advanced knowledge of color grading and correction techniques.
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to create videos that evoke emotion and engagement.
• Experience operating professional video and audio equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
