Additionally, the company manufactures C/Z purlins and undertakes turnkey PEB and civil construction projects, offering end-to-end solutions for its clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for the Head - Erection & Site Execution (PEB) position. The responsibilities include overseeing the planning, coordination, and supervision of on-site erection and construction activities for PEB projects. The role involves managing project budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. The individual will be accountable for safety compliance, quality assurance, resource allocation, and troubleshooting challenges to ensure project success.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end erection activities across multiple PEB project sites
• Plan erection sequence, manpower, crane utilization, and methodology
• Manage subcontractors with defined scope, timelines, and productivity targets
• Oversee erection works (columns, rafters, bracing, purlins, sheeting) ensuring alignment, structural accuracy, and quality
• Track productivity (MT/day), manpower, and equipment utilization
• Ensure strict safety compliance (work at height, PPE, lifting practices)
• Coordinate materials and site logistics, resolve site issues, control costs, verify billing, submit reports, and liaise with clients/PMC

Must Have

• 12–20 years in PEB / structural steel erection
• Strong hands-on site experience (mandatory)
• Ability to manage multiple sites and subcontractors
• Diploma/BE in Civil or Mechanical preferred
