Key Responsibilities
-Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube (short-form), and Facebook
-Write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned captions in line with campaign objectives and content strategy
Coordinate closely with designers and video editors to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery
Manage daily posting schedules, Instagram stories, and basic community engagement (comments and DMs)
-Support the execution of product launches, webinars, events, and campaign-based content
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, formats, and best practices
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all social platforms
Requirements & Skills
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred)
-0–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation
-Strong written communication skills with a good understanding of brand voice and storytelling
-Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
-Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
-Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
-Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling platforms is a plus
