Front Office Duties:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
Good communication skills in English (knowledge of regional language is an advantage)
Prior experience in front office or accounting roles preferred (1–3 years)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and customer-handling skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

- Assist with administrative tasks and office coordination
- Maintain daily financial transactions and records
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups

- Assist in bank reconciliations and cash handling
- Maintain petty cash and expense tracking
