Position: Assistant Manager- Event Production

Location: Guwahati

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented event production professional to support and manage the execution of events and brand activations. This role involves end-to-end production planning, vendor coordination, fabrication, and technical execution including sound, lighting, and AV. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless on-ground delivery while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Event Execution: Plan and execute events and brand activations from concept to completion, ensuring smooth on-ground operations.

· Production Management: Oversee production elements including fabrication, stage setups, branding, and installations.

· Technical Coordination: Manage sound, lighting, and AV requirements, ensuring all technical aspects are executed efficiently.

· Vendor Management: Coordinate with fabricators, printers, AV partners, logistics vendors, and manpower agencies for timely delivery.

· Site & Feasibility: Conduct site visits and recce to assess production feasibility and requirements.

· Budget Management: Support budgeting, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution through vendor negotiations.

· Operations Oversight: Handle setup, live event management, troubleshooting, and dismantling.

· Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (BD, creative, accounts) for seamless project execution.

Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or related field.

• 3–6 years of experience Event Production Manager, Production Manager, or similar role.
