BDE Trainee

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven BDE Trainees who are willing to relocate to Bhubaneswar and build a career in sales and business development. The role involves lead generation, client communication, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Identify potential clients and pitch company services
• Maintain daily call and lead reports
• Support the sales team in closing deals
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi; Tamil for Coimbatore candidates is a plus)
• Willingness to relocate to Bhubaneswar
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM tools
• Interest in sales/marketing
