Job Title : Executive Assistant to CEO

We are currently looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
• Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and other confidential documents
• Attend and document minutes of key meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups
• Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
• Support with research, data compilation, Excel-based analysis, and other strategic tasks as needed
• Assist in personal tasks and provide complete administrative support to the CEO
• Handle sensitive information with high confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar executive support role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good Excel skills including reporting, data analysis, and basic formulas
• High level of discretion and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Willingness to work from Jaipur/Bangalore office
