Job description

Job Title: Frontend Lead - React

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Location: Delhi, Pune (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy frontend components using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to build scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Optimize applications for performance and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Participate in peer code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently in a hybrid work setup.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in React.js and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Redux, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Proven ability to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
