Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced S/4HANA FICO Consultant for a contract role based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules within the S/4HANA environment, with a proven track record in design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support S/4HANA FICO implementation and enhancement projects.
• Configure FI and CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose SAP-based solutions.
• Integrate FICO with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.) and external systems.
• Perform system testing, data validation, and cutover activities.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
• Stay updated on S/4HANA innovations and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP FICO experience, with at least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, and integration points.
• Hands-on configuration experience in S/4HANA FICO.
• Understanding of business processes in manufacturing/CPG (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
• Experience with Central Finance (CFIN).
• Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for Finance.
