Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with 4–5 years of proven experience in
designing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of
marketing automation tools, customer segmentation, and campaign analytics to drive engagement, lead generation, and
conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to support lead generation, customer
engagement, and retention strategies.
Manage and maintain email databases, ensuring compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations.
Segment audiences to deliver personalized and relevant content that aligns with customer journeys.
Design and test email templates with strong subject lines, CTAs, and engaging copy.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Mailchimp, and generate reports with
actionable insights.
Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
4–5 years of proven experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles.
Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Constant Contact, etc.).
Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Expertise in HTML/CSS for email design (preferred).
Excellent analytical, reporting, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns with strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B or EdTech/IT training industry.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing to support integrated campaigns.
Familiarity with AI-driven personalization in email marketing.
