Ø Implementing of planned, preventive & predictive maintenance practices to optimize machines availability with constant endeavors to realize ZERO downtime.

Ø Planning spare parts & consumables for un-interrupted working of the machines

Ø Develop Corrective and Preventive actions of repeated equipment failure.

Ø Adhering PM schedules

Ø Knowledge of LOTO, work permit and ensuring 100% compliance to safety.

Ø Maintenance and Repairs to Blowers

Ø Basic vibration monitoring

Ø Knowledge of Pneumatic cylinders.

Ø Responsible for new modification through Kaizen.

Ø Crusher Maintenance Pump & Gear box Maintenance.

Ø Maintenance of Conveyor & Bucket Elevator.

Ø Breakdown analysis.

Ø Maintaining 5S in the area
