Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Campaign Manager who can craft and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that fuel user growth, elevate engagement, and boost retention. If you thrive on data, excel with automation tools, and love turning insights into impact strategies, this role empowers you to shape campaigns that drive meaningful business growth at scale.

What You'll Do:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Design, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across geographies, customer segments, and product lines.

• Align campaigns with business objectives to maximize user engagement, product adoption, and deliver ROI.

Notification & Communication Management:

• Manage and optimize push notifications, in-app messages, emailers, and other campaign channels to create personalized, timely, and impactful communication.

• Continuously refine messaging strategies to enhance relevance and effectiveness.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

• Track and analyze campaign performance through dashboards and reports.

• Uncover insights, identify growth levers, and implement optimizations for sustained impact.

Marketing Automation & Tools:

• Leverage platforms such as Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, Unica, or Adobe Campaign to execute and optimize campaigns.

• Oversee seamless implementation, testing, and tracking to ensure high-quality delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with product, analytics, and design teams to craft impactful campaigns.

• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision making.

What You'll Need:

• MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.

• 8+ years of proven experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns.

• Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms such as Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, Unica, or Adobe Campaign.

• Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in campaign performance analysis.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with accuracy and agility.
