Job Title : Functional Specialist (ISG)
Job Summary : Serve as a Functional Specialist in ISG with deep expertise in agentic artificial intelligence content strategy and content management designing scalable hybrid solutions that elevate customer engagement and operational efficiency. Responsibilities : -Drive the design of agentic artificial intelligence enabled content workflows that enhance personalization automation and consistency across digital channels while aligning closely with business objectives and measurable performance indicators. -Develop comprehensive content strategy frameworks that define audience segments core messages governance and lifecycle processes to ensure every asset directly supports company growth and long term brand equity. -Oversee end to end content management practices including authoring tagging reviewing publishing and archival activities to maintain a reliable source of truth that improves operational efficiency and user experience. -Coordinate hybrid work collaboration routines by establishing clear documentation standards and structured communication rhythms that keep distributed stakeholders informed and focused on shared content priorities. -Optimize content taxonomies and metadata structures to improve searchability reuse and analytics visibility so that teams can rapidly identify high impact materials and respond to emerging market opportunities. -Guide cross functional partners through content planning cycles by facilitating workshops defining campaign narratives and translating complex concepts into accessible materials tailored for diverse global audiences. -Analyze performance data from content initiatives using qualitative and quantitative measures to refine strategies enhance engagement and demonstrate tangible value to commercial and societal outcomes. -Implement robust content quality control practices that focus on linguistic clarity accessibility and cultural sensitivity ensuring that materials support inclusive communication and responsible brand presence. -Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to integrate agentic artificial intelligence insights into campaign assets improving lead nurturing effectiveness and supporting sustainable revenue growth. -Document functional requirements and configuration guidelines for content platforms and tools so that technical teams can deliver reliable solutions that scale with evolving business demand and regulatory expectations. -Provide structured guidance to contributors on content creation standards including tone accessibility guidelines and ethical considerations so that every asset reflects company values and trust commitments. -Align day to day content operations with hybrid work model expectations by defining clear handoffs housekeeping tasks and digital collaboration norms that reduce friction and support resilient delivery. -Support continuous improvement initiatives in the ISG function by capturing lessons learned from projects recommending pragmatic enhancements and reinforcing practices that benefit customers communities and employees. -Qualifications -Demonstrate substantial experience in agentic artificial intelligence applications for content use cases including orchestration automation and intelligent recommendations within enterprise environments. -Exhibit advanced proficiency in content strategy disciplines covering audience research messaging frameworks editorial planning governance models and success measurement approaches. -Show strong hands on expertise in content management systems and related tools including configuration workflow design permission models and integration with analytics or marketing solutions. -Apply practical knowledge of multicultural marketing concepts to ensure content resonates with diverse communities reflects local nuances and supports inclusive global brand representation. -Bring relevant exposure to sales and marketing processes such as funnel stages campaign planning and enablement materials allowing alignment of content initiatives to commercial outcomes. -Demonstrate clear and professional communication capabilities in English for reading writing and speaking enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders in a multinational corporate setting. -Display proven experience in hybrid work environments using digital collaboration platforms and structured documentation practices to maintain continuity accountability and transparency in shared initiatives.
