About the Role

The HR Executive will manage and support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll support, and compliance, ensuring smooth HR functioning and a healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Coordinate end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollout
• Maintain candidate database and hiring trackers
• Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs

2. HR Operations

• Maintain employee records in HRMS
• Manage leave, attendance, and payroll data support
• Handle employee queries and HR documentation

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Support grievance handling and conflict resolution
• Organize employee engagement activities/events
• Encourage positive culture and communication

4. Performance & Training

• Assist in performance appraisal cycles
• Identify training needs and coordinate L&D programs
