  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and performance marketing teams.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and platform updates.

Key Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media strategy (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & emerging platforms.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands/campaigns simultaneously.
