Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and machinery issues
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize production schedules
• Manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
