About the Role:
Experienced Content Strategists needed to develop and execute social media strategies during night shift hour. Must have a proven track record of driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop content strategies and calendars across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and TikTok
-Write compelling copy for posts, captions, ads, and campaigns
-Analyze metrics and optimize content performance
-Manage real-time community engagement during night hours
-Monitor trends and conduct A/B testing
-Create performance reports with actionable insights
Required Qualifications:
-3-4 years in social media content strategy with proven, quantifiable results
-Portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns (growth metrics, engagement rates, ROI)
-Strong content writing and copywriting skills
Required Tool Proficiency:
-Social Media: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite
-Content: Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, basic video editing
-Digital Marketing: Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs), email marketing platforms
-Analytics: Platform insights, Google Data Studio/Excel
-Project Management: Notion, Odoo, or Monday.com
