Job Purpose: To manage finance operations efficiently by processing loan files, coordinating with dealers and NBFCs, maintaining financial data, and supporting the collection and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• File Processing: Manage end-to-end processing of finance files and ensure timely completion of documentation.
• Coordination: Act as a liaison between dealers, NBFCs, and the internal finance team for operational tasks.
• MIS Management: Prepare, update, and maintain operational reports and MIS on a daily and monthly basis.
• Data Management: Ensure accurate and organized data management for finance cases.
• Collection Support: Collaborate with the internal collection team to address any operational challenges.
• Documentation: Maintain records of all finance cases, including agreements, approvals, and communication logs.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance operations, loan processing, or similar roles (Freshers with relevant internships can apply).
• Proficient in MS Excel and other data management tools.
• Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
• Basic understanding of financial operations and loan processes.
