We're Hiring | Manager – Performance Marketing

Location: Gurgaon | Level: Middle Management

We're looking for a performance-driven marketer to own and scale our end-to-end performance marketing engine across digital channels. This role is perfect for someone who blends strategy with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-funnel performance marketing across Meta, Google, DV360, Programmatic, YouTube & Affiliates
• Partner closely with the media agency to plan, optimise, and drive strong ROI
• Own and improve key metrics: CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR & LTV, with a test-and-learn mindset
• Drive creative performance through A/B testing and audience insights
• Collaborate with merchandising, creative, content & product teams
• Build actionable insights using GA4, Appsflyer & Adobe Analytics
• Test new growth channels like Pinterest, Snapchat & influencer-led performance partnerships

Who You Are

• 7+ years in Performance Marketing (Fashion / Lifestyle / D2C preferred)
• Analytical, execution-first, and agency-savvy
