Hiring: Zonal Credit Manager – Affordable Housing Finance

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-driven Zonal Credit Manager to lead credit for our Affordable Housing Finance business.

Location: Coimbatore

Experience & Eligibility

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Affordable Home Loan – Credit
• Currently managing large-scale credit operations (30–35 branches)
• Strong experience in handling entire Tamil Nadu operations in a leadership role
• Age Criteria: Up to 46 years
• Candidates must be from Affordable Housing Finance background only

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage zonal credit underwriting and policy implementation
• Ensure strong credit quality, risk assessment, and portfolio health
• Drive governance, compliance, and adherence to regulatory guidelines
• Oversee and mentor multi-branch credit teams across Tamil Nadu
• Coordinate with business, legal, and technical teams for smooth credit processing
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement risk mitigation strategies

Key Skills

• Strong expertise in Affordable Housing Credit Appraisal
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Sound knowledge of credit policies, risk frameworks, and compliance
