Jr Video Production Specialist

What you will DO:

• Assist in planning and shooting short- and long-form videos (Reels, explainers, interviews, etc.)
• Support pre-production tasks
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots
• Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to align videos with campaign goals
• Stay updated on trends in video formats, transitions, effects, and social-first video styles

What you should Bring:

• 1+ year of experience in video production or videographer hands on expertise
• Understanding of framing, lighting, color grading, and videographer skills
• Portfolio/showreel of previous work (even short projects or social videos count!)
• Creative mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to take feedback, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in film, Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience in brand advertising or similar industries.
