Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as an Influencer Marketing Executive is based in Bengaluru. The role involves devising and implementing influencer marketing campaigns, building relationships with influencers across various platforms, and managing collaborations to promote the company's brand and offerings. Responsibilities include conducting market research to identify trends, creating detailed project plans, analyzing campaign results, and working closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve campaign goals. The position requires excellent communication and planning skills to build impact-driven partnerships that align with brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to analyze trends and develop strategic campaign plans.
• Exceptional Communication skills to build and manage influencer relationships effectively.
• Sales and Marketing expertise to develop campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand recognition.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics to measure success and optimize future strategies.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
