Project Manager (Product Operations)

Role Summary:

Project Manager for Product Operations enabling creative production across APAC/EMEA. This role links marketing teams with agencies, driving AI adoption and excellence. We seek a meticulous, innovative self-starter with a can-do attitude to manage projects and help us grow sustainably.

Role:

• Manage the intake of new BAU projects from APAC and EMEA marketing teams, supporting ad-hoc, bespoke, and new-use-case briefs.
• Manage key accounts/projects, ensuring seamless execution from brief to delivery and fostering strong, lasting client relationships.
• Act as the primary liaison between marketers, agency partners (marketing or media agencies), and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide support for tool-related questions, including workspace access, permissions, troubleshooting, and new user onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with agency partners, following up on status updates, case studies, and tracker updates to ensure projects stay on track.
• Co-own key projects, with a focus on localising global content and adapting for cultural nuances to ensure it resonates with in-market teams.
• Help champion the adoption of new technologies and AI-powered tools to enhance creative output and operational efficiency.
• Train users, re-evaluate processes, and report on the scaled implementation of these new content production tools.
• Update and maintain critical project information, including points of contact (POC) lists and project trackers.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of relevant experience in project management or a similar operations-focused role, ideally within a marketing, media agency or in-house marketing/ creative production environment.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex projects with a high degree of autonomy.
• An astute understanding of creative production workflows and the ability to apply that knowledge to day-to-day operations.
• A strong interest and passion for AI, with a solid understanding of how to drive the adoption of new tools to boost creative and production efforts.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English.
• Solid project management experience, with a proven ability to bring order and attention to detail to every task.
• A collaborative and proactive mindset, with an ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication to cover projects across APAC.
