Technical Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector (software, website/portal solutions)
• Lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, and closing deals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, ministries, and PSUs
• Manage tendering operations, including drafting and submitting technical and financial bids
• Conduct market research and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
• Provide regular reports on business development activities
