As the Senior Job Evaluation/Global Grading Specialist within our Master Data Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring that similar jobs are graded equally, supporting organizational integrity and employee satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct job evaluations to ensure similar jobs are graded equally across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement global grading standards.
- Analyze job roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate grading levels.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and HR teams on job evaluation and grading processes.
- Monitor the effectiveness of grading standards and recommend enhancements for future iterations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in job evaluation methodologies.
About You
- Experience:5+ years of experience in job evaluation and grading, preferably in a global corporate setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and recommend effective solutions.
- Soft skills & Technical skills: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively within cross-functional teams. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Workday Pro HCM certification Preferred.
- Education:Master's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
