Responsibilities:

• Manage complete BGV lifecycle as per client guidelines.
• Coordinate with client HR, internal teams, and verification vendors.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy, and client policies.
• Maintain BGV trackers, dashboards, and auditready documentation.
• Handle escalations and resolve discrepancies.
• Improve BGV processes, SOPs, and TAT.

• Advanced Excel / Power BI (MIS reporting)
• Stakeholder Management
