Job Title: App Growth Manager

Location - Okhla Phase 3, Delhi

Role Summary:

Responsible for driving overall app growth through retention, acquisition, and app store optimization, working closely with Product and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

Execute lifecycle and retention programs using MoEngage across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, RCS, Push

Manage and optimize Meta & Google UAC app install campaigns

Lead ASO initiatives to improve rankings and conversion rates

Track and optimize CPI, CAC, activation, retention, LTV, ROAS

Run experiments and derive actionable insights

Requirements

Proven experience in app growth, CRM, or performance marketing

Hands-on with MoEngage, WebEngage,Clevertap , Meta Ads, and Google Ads

Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills
