About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in residential real estate marketing and handling high-budget campaigns (1 crore/month). This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on lead generation, performance marketing, and team collaboration.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of overall experience in digital marketing
• 5+ years of real estate digital marketing experience (residential projects)
• Must have managed monthly campaign budgets up to 1 crore
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM & analytics tools
• Strong lead generation and conversion strategy experience
• Excellent coordination skills with sales & creative teams
• Immediate joiners only

Responsibilities:

• Plan & run digital campaigns for real estate projects
• Optimize performance across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Monitor daily campaign health and improve ROI
• Work with sales team to align marketing with business goals
• Prepare performance reports and insights for management
• Keep up with real estate and digital trends

Work Schedule:

• Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
