Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can independently handle interior projects from client presentations to site execution and factory-ready drawings. The role requires strong design visualization, technical detailing, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design, Visualization & Client Presentations

• Handle residential interior projects end-to-end
• Conduct client meetings and design discussions
• Prepare layouts, design concepts, and material selections
• Create 3D models and realistic renders for client approvals
• Prepare professional client presentation decks (PPTs)
• Manage client feedback and close design approvals

Technical Drawings & Factory Coordination

• Prepare detailed working drawings and factory drawings for:
• Modular kitchens
• Wardrobes
• TV units
• Custom furniture
• Ensure drawings are execution-ready with clear dimensions and details
• Coordinate with factories, carpenters, and vendors

Execution & Site Coordination

• Coordinate with site teams, vendors, electricians, and carpenters
• Visit sites to ensure execution matches approved designs
• Resolve site-level design and execution issues
• Maintain timelines and quality standards

Documentation & Internal Coordination

• Maintain drawings, BOQs, and design documentation
• Guide junior designers if required
• Follow Trecasa's internal design processes and standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory

• 4–7 years experience in residential interior design
• Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and detailing
• Confident client communication and presentation skills
• Hands-on site execution experience
• AutoCAD – Mandatory
• SketchUp – Mandatory
• V-Ray – Mandatory
• PowerPoint (PPT) – Mandatory
• Ability to produce factory-ready drawings independently

Preferred / Plus

• Experience with Coohom

Candidates without AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, PPT, and factory drawing experience should not apply.

Compensation

35,000 – 60,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)
