Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our team as an Associate Manager– Pricing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end pricing strategies, financial modeling, and commercial proposals for our service offerings across multiple domains. This role requires strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and experience in pricing models within a BPO/BPM or IT services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Strategy Development:

• Design and implement competitive pricing models (Input-based, Output-based, Outcome-based) aligned with goals and client expectations.
• Analyze pricing strategies and commercial terms to optimize profitability and client value.
• Financial Modeling & Analysis:
• Develop comprehensive financial models, including FTE estimation, cost breakdowns (direct/indirect costs), and margin analysis.
• Evaluate deal profitability by analyzing cost structures and potential risk factors.

Cost Estimation and Control:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine cost drivers such as FTEs, location-based costs (onsite, offshore, nearshore), and transition costs.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies related to cost control and revenue optimization.

Proposal Development & Client Engagement:

• Work closely with the transformation, pre-sales and solutions teams to develop pricing proposals for RFPs and RFIs.
• Present and justify pricing models and financial analyses to senior leadership and clients.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of FTE-based, Transaction-based, and Outcome-based pricing models.
• Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel (Advanced), Power BI, or other financial modeling tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, or financial analysis in a BPO/BPM, IT services, or consulting environment.
• Experience handling pricing for large-scale outsourcing deals, transition planning, and cost optimization strategies.
• Prior experience in a client-facing role will be an added advantage.

Preferred Industry Experience:

• BFSI, Supply Chain, and Product Support services.

Familiarity with transition models, cost amortization, and contractual negotiations
