Operations Internship in Noida

The Operations Executive – Developer Onboarding will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing farmhouse estate developers and farmland project sellers on the Farmland India platform.

The role involves developer outreach, document verification coordination, project data collection, and platform listing management to ensure that only high-quality and verified projects go live. This role will act as the first operational gatekeeper of trust for the marketplace.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Identify and connect with farmhouse estate developers across Delhi NCR and nearby states through calls, email, WhatsApp, and industry networks.
• Guide developers through the Farmland India onboarding process and collect required documents such as company registration details, promoter identity, land ownership documents, layout approvals, and project information.
• Coordinate with developers to gather project details, including project overview, plot sizes, pricing, location details, and site media for platform listings.
• Upload and manage project listings on the platform CMS while ensuring they meet content and quality standards.
• Assist in developer verification by reviewing documentation, flagging potential risks, and coordinating follow-ups with developers.
• Maintain the developer onboarding tracker and coordinate with internal teams such as product, verification, and marketing to support smooth operations.
