Job Description - Graphic Designer - Wellness Extract India
Role Summary:
Lead the creative vision and manage a design team to deliver high-quality branding, packaging,
Amazon/eCommerce visuals, and marketing assets, supported by advanced AI-driven design
workflows.
Core Responsibilities:
Creative Direction
• Lead brand, packaging, and digital design across all platforms.
• Maintain visual consistency and ensure premium brand identity.
• Oversee the full design lifecycle from concept to final execution.
AI-Enhanced Workflow:
• Integrate AI tools such as MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Figma AI, Runway, and ChatGPT.
• Implement automation frameworks to scale creative production.
• Train and upskill the design team on AI-driven design methodologies.
Team Leadership:
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary design team.
• Assign tasks, review output, and monitor project timelines.
• Provide constructive feedback and cultivate a high-performance creative culture.
Branding & Packaging:
• Oversee end-to-end packaging and label design across product lines.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, premium positioning, and conversion-focused visuals.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and Amazon teams for optimized design outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, content, product, and performance teams.
• Support creative strategy for Amazon PPC, social media campaigns, website content, and video
production.
Quality & Brand Governance:
• Maintain high standards for all creative deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and visual consistency.
• Review, refine, and approve all final outputs prior to release.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or creative leadership.
• Strong portfolio in branding, packaging, and digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in FMCG, wellness, supplements, or beauty industries.
• Familiarity with Amazon listing and eCommerce design.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or Adobe After Effects.
• Understanding of AI-based video workflows (Runway, Veo, Kling)
