Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and functionality.
• Develop design concepts and translate them into compelling presentations for clients.
• Create and review detailed BOQs (Bills of Quantities) to ensure budget compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Produce 3D visualizations and renderings using SketchUp, V-Ray, and other relevant software.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design concepts are being executed as planned.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, and AutoCAD.
• Expertise in creating detailed BOQs and strong project management skills.
• Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with current trends in interior design and furniture.
