Job description
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at PUNO company, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while enhancing your English proficiency, MS-Office, and MS-Excel skills. You will work closely with our HR team to support various recruitment activities and assist in other HR functions.

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions
  • Conduct initial phone interviews with potential candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Update and maintain candidate and employee records in our HR database
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on job boards
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation processes
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities

Qualification

  • Candidate should have completed MBA/Pursuing MBA
  • Good Communication Skills
