Role Description

This is a contract-based internship role for individuals interested in Housing Loans, Insurance, or Loan Against Property. The role is on-site and located in New Delhi. Intern responsibilities include assisting with case management, supporting clients in navigating housing and financial services, maintaining property management and loan records, and collaborating with teams to provide affordable housing solutions. Interns will also gain hands-on experience in document review, research, and administrative tasks related to housing finance and insurance solutions.

The interns will also be responsible for accquiring new clients for the company.

Stipend :

Rs. 3,000 - Rs.5,000 Per Month

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Case Management and Social Services
• Familiarity with Social Housing and Affordable Housing processes
• Understanding of Property Management and related systems
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• A proactive approach to handling clients and ensuring task completion
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks
• Pursuit of a degree or recent graduate in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
• Basic understanding of financial services, including loans and insurance, is an asset
