• Apply established labeling and evaluation frameworks with precision and attention to detail.
• Document patterns, trends, and detailed observations to support ongoing research.
• Maintain impartiality and confidentiality while handling sensitive or complex subject matter.
• Collaborate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency across the evaluation team.
• Contribute proactively to team discussions and process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Journalism, Media Studies, Communications, English Literature, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional command of written and spoken English, with strong comprehension skills.
• Proven ability to analyze media messaging and assess audience impact objectively.
