Personal Trainer (Entry-Level) — On-site, India

Industry: Consumer Fitness & Wellness — In-person boutique gym and community fitness services. We deliver hands-on coaching, group classes, and personalised training programs that help members achieve measurable health and performance goals across urban centres.

About The Opportunity

We are hiring entry-level on-site fitness professionals to join a fast-paced studio environment focused on member transformation, safety, and high-quality coaching. This role is ideal for energetic candidates who want frontline experience in personal and group training, client onboarding, and program delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one and small-group training sessions that follow safe, progressive programs and measurable goals.
  • Perform baseline fitness assessments, record metrics, and design individualized training plans to drive member progress.
  • Lead engaging group fitness classes with clear cueing, appropriate modifications, and strong class flow.
  • Provide basic nutrition guidance and behaviour-change coaching to support holistic client results (within scope of practice).
  • Maintain a clean, safe training environment; apply emergency protocols and administer first response when required.
  • Track client attendance and progress using studio systems; communicate updates to members and escalate retention concerns.

Qualifications (brief)

  • Certification from a recognised fitness organisation (e.g., ACE, ISSA, NASM, NSCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible on-site shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
  • Freshers welcome — strong coaching aptitude, professionalism, and a customer-focused attitude required.
