What would you do Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. Act of overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This may include the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, and quality control and quality improvement.

What are we looking for

• 2 – 3 years of hands-on experience with Shopee and/or Lazada promotional tools in Seller Center, as a brand, seller, agency, or platform operations team member.
• Deep understanding of Shopee and Lazada promotional mechanics: Flash Sale configuration, voucher types, discount stacking rules, and campaign nomination processes.
• Experience managing promotions during at least one major SEA mega-campaign cycle (9.9, 10.10, 11.11, or 12.12).
• Proficiency in Excel for promo setup tracking, error logging, and reconciliation.
• Ability to work flexible/extended hours during campaign launch windows and peak sale periods.
• Must have a high attention to detail

• Calm under pressure Roles and Responsibilities:
• Review all promotional setups in Shopee Seller Center and Lazada Seller Center before activation, including Flash Sales, vouchers, bundle deals, and campaign discount tiers.
• Verify discount values, promotional periods (start/end date & time in assigned-market(s) timezone GMT+7), minimum purchase conditions, and SKU eligibility against the campaign brief.
• Review submitted promotional prices and discount depths (e.g., minimum 20% off for 11.11) against provided brief.
• Flag and escalate any nominations at risk of rejection due to price, stock, or content non-compliance before submission deadlines.
• Monitor active Flash Sales and campaign launches in real time, confirm promotions launch correctly at the scheduled start time on both Seller Center and buyer-facing app.
• Immediately identify and escalate discrepancies: wrong discount displayed, promotion not triggering, incorrect stock cap, voucher over-redemption, or price showing incorrectly on PDP.
• Identify configuration errors that passed pre-launch QA and trace root cause for SOP improvement.
• Build and maintain Promotional QA checklists tailored to each promo type (Flash Sale, voucher, bundle, campaign nomination) for Shopee and Lazada.
