Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Mumbai. The Operations Executive will oversee customer onboarding, day-to-day operations, customer support, and ensure efficient workflow.

• Manage onboarding process of new clients

• Coordinate across cross-functional teams (tech, product, finance, etc.) to align onboarding activities.

• Maintain and update operational processes, SOPs, and documentation.

• Manage the support desk, provide email support, resolve queries, and act as the first point of contact for all customer support queries

• Track onboarding KPIs, prepare platform usage reports and provide insights for process improvement
