Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in enabling the Artificial Intelligence in semiconductors for improvements.
- Experience with EDA tools, software development and people management.
- Ability to deliver results, and guide teams to take advantage of performance and scaling benefits.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for architecting and implementing Electronic Design Automation (EDA) infrastructure.
- Manage execution to meet commitments, and improve the stack for customer use.
- Develop new customer relationships with semiconductor teams globally with different time zone.
- Help to identify and hire the Bengaluru team.
- Collaborate with the leadership to make choices about opportunities and the engineering efforts required.
