You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.

Responsibilities

QA Strategy & Processes : Develop and implement effective QA strategies and processes aligned with business objectives.

Test Automation, CI CD DevOps Integration, Performance and load testing, Security testing, Cloud and containerization, Test management and bug tracking AI / ML testing, Agentic Testing, Test strategey and planning

Automation Tooling : Lead selection, implementation, and continuous improvement of automated testing frameworks.

Team Leadership : Hire, mentor, and develop QA and automation teams, fostering collaboration with development and product teams.

DevOps Governance : Provide oversight ensuring DevOps practices align with quality standards.

Metrics & Continuous Improvement : Establish KPIs to measure QA effectiveness and drive data-informed improvements.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in QA and automation and leadership.

Proven experience scaling QA and automation in agile environments.

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Worked in large product companies

Built automation Infra from scratch

Lead and built a complex QA strategy , technically and product wise
