Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Certified Internet Consultant. The primary responsibilities include providing personalized consulting services, assisting customers in utilizing Justdial's offerings, and recommending online marketing strategies to businesses. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, driving sales, and conducting product training sessions to optimize client engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Consulting and providing tailored recommendations to clients
• Excellent Customer Service abilities with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Proficiency in Sales and Online Marketing to drive business growth and client success
• Experience in Training individuals or teams on the use of digital tools and services
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Previous experience in the technology or service sector is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
