The Human Resources Strategic Leader will provide visionary leadership and oversight of the hospital's human resources function.
This role is responsible for formulating and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing talent acquisition and workforce development, and fostering a high-performance and engaged organizational culture across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with hospital goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinical and administrative staff.
- Manage performance appraisal, learning & development, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Lead employee engagement, grievance resolution, and staff welfare initiatives.
- Supervise payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to optimize workforce planning and operational efficiency.
