We're looking for someone who understands why people stop scrolling - and how to keep them watching.

This role is about turning ideas into high-retention educational reels using smart editing, motion, and storytelling. Every frame should serve a purpose.

#What You'll Do

-Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts) with strong hooks and pacing

-Add motion graphics that make complex ideas simple and engaging

-Use captions, zooms, cuts, and transitions with intent - not noise

-Translate scripts into visual storytelling that holds attention

-Iterate quickly based on performance feedback

-Collaborate closely with content and strategy teams

#What We're Looking For


-Strong experience in short-form video editing

-Clear understanding of retention mechanics (hook, pacing, pattern interrupts)

-Solid motion graphics skills (text animation, visual cues, infographics)

-Proficiency in Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut

-Ability to think like a content strategist, not just an editor

#Must-Have

-Portfolio of high-quality reels/short-form content

-Clean, modern editing style

-Speed + attention to detail

#Nice to Have

-Experience with educational / finance / AI / business content

-Basic storytelling or scripting sense

-Ability to suggest creative improvements
